convenient and clean stay

the hotel's proximity to namba station was a definite plus. the staff was consistently helpful, especially with luggage forwarding, which i found very convenient. my room was larger than most i've encountered in japan. the bed provided good support, ensuring i slept well each night.
The hotel did not provide complimentary breakfast for elite bonvoy members! which was a bit unexpected. I received a 20% discount instead.

The breakfast included a good variety of food. The selection offered both western and japanese choices. an egg and omelet chef was available to prepare fresh dishes. This was particularly convenient. fresh noodle soup was also available upon request.

The room included separate toilet which added privacy. generous toiletries were provided . night lighting was thoughtfully included in the room's design, a nice touch. a sliding door separated the bedroom and bathroom. This saved space.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Their assistance was consistent. i found the front desk manager to be particularly accommodating. He quickly addressed my questions. the staff conversed in english, very useful. housekeeping maintained the rooms daily.

Umbrellas were available to borrow during periods of wet weather. This was very useful. a family mart was conveniently located nearby. This made it easy to get snacks. the hotel offered luggage forwarding services. That simplified my travel plans.

The location was quite good. It was a fairly flat walk to the station. The breakfast was hearty.
The staff did not handle a key issue appropriately. I left my key in the room and the front desk was reluctant to let me back in. The process felt unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. This lack of flexibility caused considerable inconvenience.
